So, not a lot to say. Again today.
Except maybe that Beth's having a Bay...bay. Er, a baby, if you weren't following that.
Hence the hints in the artwork presented in yesterday's post.
That's right, she's pregnant!
And if that's not cool enough news, we also ordered our Christmas present a few minutes ago. At the moment, we know what it is, but no one else does. Kind of a Christmas opposite day type of thing. There's no reason not to tell you, but it feels a little like cheating...even though it's a present to us, from each other.
It's a banjo! A Gold Tone CC-100r Cripple Creek Banjo with Resonator (5 string, Clear Maple).
Beth plays acoustic guitar and I play acoustic and electric (I record my own music as well, for my own amusement), but we've both kinda wanted a banjo for some time now. Since neither one of us really need anything this Christmas, we decided to make it a Christmas present to each other.
Look out West Virginia, the Andersons are gettin ready to duel some banjos!
On a related note, I'm pushing for the name Banjo Balloon Anderson. Boy or girl.

I heard this news from mom... but thanks for making it public so I can say CONGRATS! Looking forward to having another nephew or niece! Man, I'm getting popular at this aunt business.
I love the name! Ben and Banjo! And who wouldn't love the middle name of Balloon??? There probably aren't too many kids out there named Banjo or Banjo Balloon - very creative. :) (yes, I can do sarcasm too) xxx Mom/Nana

Awesome! Congratulations on the peanut (or in this case would it be a french pea?)!
Thanks Bridget, J and Bob (and Mom, though we already talked)!
Bob-ya man, too bad we won't have more time, but can't wait to hang out for a bit with you and Nicole!
J-no. no, it is decidedly NOT a french pea. no. no. no.
Oh, wow congratrulations....it will get easier once your little guy has a playmate, how neat.
Yeah, congrats Beth, Josh and Ben. Enjoy the alone time with Ben now and know that it's just going to get more fun soon :o) The age difference between the two will be perfect!!!

JOsh and Beth and Ben - way to go! Go to Paris with three, come home with four! I like the + number thing going on. conceived in Paris, you will never be able to get away from France now, Josh!
Love your postings. Sorry, we have been so busy I have missed a ton of them.
This Sunday is "soft launch" for our church plant - getting exciting.
