Short post

Beth came home early in order to get some work done on her book chapter because she needs the internet and the hospitals there don't have free wifi, the doctors don't have their own computers (they share) and there's no where for Beth to plug her laptop in so that she can get internet. So I can't write a whole lot tonight, but I don't have a whole lot to say anyway.

Beth got some work done when she got home, but then Ben woke up tired and crabby from his nap, so she took care of him while I went to the grocery store.

Oh, and my foot is killing me. This afternoon it's been going from no pain to the worst pain in the world in like 2 min intervals. It's only when I walk on it. I'm hoping that means it's healing because yesterday and all morning it was excruciating pain every step I took. I think it's a deep bruise on the outer edge of my right foot opposite the arch. Or possibly weevils nesting in there.

Didn't run this morning because I could barely walk, and Beth was up since 1:30am because she couldn't sleep. Which means I was up on and off since 1:30am. And Ben was up at 4:30 for about 30 min to an hour.

At least our inability to sleep came with us to France. It's nice to be able to bring a little bit of home with you when you travel.

Josh---ever have plantar fascitis? I am betting that is what is going on with your foot. I have had it 3 times. If you think this is what it is roll a iced water bottle under your foot, don't go barefoot, get some heel inserts and if you can stand it----wear birkenstocks----they have helped me very much!!!!!
